The end of Virgin - albeit now without would-be prime minister Richard Branson - was surely no surprise.entertainment retail on the high street is becoming a minefield with it's core audience now online.But Zavvi's problem was more than that: a trip there was often a confusing waste of time with staff none the wiser and/or out-ruding Basil Fawlty. When was the last time you bought anything there? No one at AR wants people to lose their jobs though, so for now let's just get pissed off with the super smug Branson, who seemed to know the right time to quit. RP
